Cece Cardenas is a Certified Payroll Professional with over 18 years of Payroll experience which includes Multi-State Taxation. Prior to joining Obsidian Cece was a Senior Payroll Consultant and has worked with Clients from various industries on payroll, tax and implementation related projects. Cece has one adult son and currently resides in Las Vegas, NV.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
