These continue to be incredibly stressful times. As a business leader, you’re having to make tough decisions and navigate a massive amount of uncertainty. You may also be worried about your family and the financial and economic toll the health crisis could take on your business.
When stress reaches a tipping point, it can impact your mental health and affect your ability to lead and perform, even as others are counting on you to do so. But you can’t show up as a business leader if you don’t take care of yourself first.
