One of the challenges we’re all faced with is remote work and how to keep employees engaged and productive. Remote work adds friction and complexity, causing teams to lose the ability to conduct ad hoc meetings or hallway conversations that would typically happen in the workplace. Making internal communication effective during remote work is more difficult.
